Payment Processing
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. You’ll receive confirmation via email/SMS. -
Refund Eligibility If Refund is approved by SIMPLE PLUS PRIVATE LIMITED refund amount will be credited to customer accounts in 5-7 working days.

Shipping policy All products which are purchase will be delivered in in days 10 -15 Working days, Defective/Damaged Items / Exchange / Replacement Products will be delivered in in days 10 -15 Working days.

No General Returns
We do not accept return requests for reasons like change of mind or wrong selection.
once the return is approved, return products will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days. -
Defective/Damaged Items
In case of a defective item, you must provide a clear unboxing video. The product must be returned to us for inspection before a replacement is shipped. Products Are Checked before shipping. -
Replacement Policy
Upon verification of the defect, we will ship the replacement within 24 hours of receiving the defective item. -
Inspection Criteria
Returned items will be checked for validity of the defect. If misuse or incorrect usage is found, no replacement will be issued. -
Non-Refundable Items
International orders are non-refundable. Only replacements are offered if damaged in transit and verified via video. -
Shipping Costs

Winding Exclusion
Motor winding is not covered under warranty under any circumstances, as it is typically damaged due to overloading, improper setup, or short-circuits caused by external factors. -
Conditional Warranty (Logger Required)
For certain products, warranty claims are only valid if accompanied by flight logger data or logs from the drone's flight controller to verify correct usage conditions. This requirement will be clearly stated on the product page if applicable. -

Warranty Denial
